In the holidays I did some mathletics, I challenged myself.
I did this so the knowledge that I learned in year 7, would not drift a way.
Then make it a waste of learning, so that is why I did more mathletics.
I was proud of myself for doing some more learning in the holidays.

The book of secretes 

The story is ficton it is about a girl who finds a map and they
look for something that has been lost for a couple of decades.
She goes with a boy to go find the treasure as they called it…

It was one of the best books I have read so far this year.

I rate it 8.5 / 10. I recon the book is 10 years and older.
It is such a great book.

                 The moment in time this year

Splash! kapow! Beep! Boom! The whistle blew to start the prize giving for the swimming competition. It was finally the results for the 12 year old girls. Second place for backstroke is Paige shepherd from enterprise. Next it was the results for freestyle second place Paige shepherd from enterprise. ‘’Well that was exciting’’ I mumbled to myself.

It was a great start to 2019, what a blast of joy, it was really fun, it made me more excited for the next swimming competitions, it made me a lot more confident, for the future as well. I actually got asked to move up a group, in swimming because I did the swimming competition. So that was the best of both worlds.

One part of the moment that will stay with me moving foward is moving up a group, and because it was my first ever swimming competition and I won two silvers.
