What does your future, hold? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a leader? That’s not a tough question, to ask. Because, I believe, everybody, in a different, way is a leader, but most of all  leaders should, have strong values; For example; Respect, Responsibility, Caring, Sharing, Morals, and values.Those are values, that I believe in, a leader needs to have, also those, values would 100%...
 make, the world, a much, much, much, better place, in the future, and, also, now, like literally, right this second... Guess what you are only, one step, away from doing, a life, changing thing, so, what are you waiting, for…
a good, future, or a bad future, I am not waiting,I am trying to get you to understand, this speech, will help you, make, the best decisions, through life, and one of those decisions are, to make the world, a better place.
 In my opinion, to make the world a better place, there needs to be a lot more nice people in the world. Being kind to others, may sound like a small, topic,to you. But to me, it is huge. Because. in this world,right now...
there is over 3.2 million students a day, out of 7.6 billion people, in the world who are victims of                     bullying, and some people that get bullied quite school, we really need to do something, about it, do you agree?
Leadership has high expectations, to overcome, but leaders know that there is always mistakes in this world, that gradually leads to success.
  One of sir peter blake's favourite quotes were,’’ never to take, no for an answer, never give up, follow your dreams, become, a star, no matter who you are’’- it's as simple as that-
So if you believe you can do it, you will be able.
 Because leadership, has many different, values, Did you know, my favorite, values, are, 1, leadership 2,LEADERSHIP, and ,3, leadership? Did you know there, are 67, values relating to leadership?, that is more than I imagined. Also, Leaders know that leadership, is responsibility, and not power.
 5. Keep calm and follow your dreams, because I am telling you, if you be pachinet for what you do you will surely, succeed somewhere, in life; I believe, if you do well, then you will hardly fail, in things, but if I do well then I will, hardly fail. Although to succeed, you eventually need to sometimes fail,
 sometimes you might fall, but get back up, because after that, you will stand tall.People, can make you feel low about yourself, but becoming a leader can make you glow, it will change everything, but in a good way, that is why I think the world will hold a great future, if we all become better, by being the best we can be by being better than before.
